The company was turned around over a period of thirteen months, made profitable for 8 months and then sold to a large French public company on 15th November 2002.

  • Interim CEO of a 125 people £15m turnover retail banking software company - For CR2 and European venture capital firms GIMV, NIB and ACT – Completed 24th December 2000. This assignment was a particularly successful turnaround taking a company with a long history of losses back into profitable trading.
